He used to be a full professor at the University of Teesside and Bournemouth University as well as visiting professor at Humberside University. He is also a senior consultant for strategy and organizational development in a wide variety of industries including public organizations, car manufacturing companies, petrochemicals, financial corporations, transportation companies and mining companies.
