Dr. Nejati-Gilani, DBA from Paris Business School, Human Capital, Brand and Company Performance. MS in Analysis and Design of Management and Systems, London School of Economics and Political Sciences. He used to be a full professor at the University of Teesside and Bournemouth University as well as visiting professor at Humberside University. He is also a senior consultant for strategy and organizational development in a wide variety of industries including public organizations, car manufacturing companies, petrochemicals, financial corporations, transportation companies and mining companies. Dr. Nejati-Gilani has multiple publications such as "Understanding the role of entrepreneur’s personal brand in manufacturing SMEs total brand". FAIM 2015 (Lean Manufacturing) International Conference, UK. "Moving towards creating an Organic Lean Manufacturing Organisation".
